If you want to have our rejection/holiday party on Friday this is what must happen: 

1. Try all 8 forms provided.
2. Workshop and polish your 4 favorite poems.
3. Enter Scholastic
4. Try blackout poetry? More on this soon!
5. Poetry reading/circle of love (at party?)

2. Games: I am excited about this, so you must pretend to be...
3. Movie?
4. Music?
5. Food? If you would like to bring something, write a post so we know.
6. I can bring cookies? Or something. Requests?

OKAY... What else?

 

Over Break:

1. Pick a chapter to try. Feel free to alter the "rules" so that the prompt works for you.
2. Choose a CONTEMPORARY Poet, find a book of his/her work, read, bring in. Choose a favorite poem by this author to share upon your return.

We need to work hard now so we can celebrate later :)
